Appointment Setter – Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing technology company that provides software, automation, and AI‑driven solutions to home‑service businesses. The role is fully remote and involves high‑volume outbound calling to generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of cold calls to prospective customers each day.
• Generate interest in our products and services and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointments and qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM tools.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment‑setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound calling, cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone and handling rejection professionally.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and self‑motivation.
• Organized, results‑driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close.io.
