Appointment Setter – Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are a fast‑growing technology company seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to drive outbound sales efforts. This remote, full‑time position focuses on generating interest, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Generate interest in our software, automation, and AI‑driven solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM tools.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment‑setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound calling, cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales.
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven.
• Willingness to learn and use CRM systems.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
