AQS & Metrics Implementation Consultant

About the role

WSP is seeking a Senior Enablon Environmental / AQS and Metrics Implementation Consultant to work remotely with its global Digital Solutions Team. The consultant will engage with internal and external clients across industries to deliver EHS and ESG software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers to gather technical details and translate compliance requirements into configuration specifications.
• Configure Enablon AQS and Metrics applications, verify configurations through end‑to‑end testing, and resolve issues.
• Develop and deliver training, technical documentation, and support user acceptance testing.
• Extract, transform, and load data between systems and create detailed quantitative testing documentation.
• Analyze large data sets, perform calculations and statistical analyses, and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading Enablon Environmental/AQS and Metrics implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing remote, global teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to undergo a full criminal background check for government projects.

Required skills

• Expert‑level experience with Enablon AQS and Metrics applications.
• Configuration, testing, and deployment of Enablon software.
• ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and large‑scale data handling.
• Development of technical specifications, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and performing statistical calculations.
