AR & Billing Specialist – Collections, SaaS (Remote)

About the role

ElectroNeek, a US‑based B2B SaaS provider, is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to manage end‑to‑end payment collection for its subscription customers. Working remotely, you will own the AR cycle for roughly 85 annual‑subscription accounts while supporting billing and finance operations in Xero.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full AR portfolio, driving collections and meeting KPI targets.
• Proactively follow up overdue invoices via email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, LinkedIn and video calls.
• Contact customers ahead of renewals, confirm billing details and collect payments on time.
• Negotiate payment plans, partial payments and resolve disputed amounts.
• Run a structured reminder cadence (pre‑due, due, escalating overdue).
• Maintain a rolling cash‑collection forecast and flag at‑risk invoices.
• Produce weekly AR reports with aging, collections vs target and actions taken.
• Generate accurate invoices for renewals, upgrades and mid‑term changes.
• Process domestic and international payments, including tax deductions and fees.
• Apply payments, issue credit notes, monitor failed card payments and keep billing records organized.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections and subscription billing.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and annual subscription cycles.
• Experience using Xero accounting software.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of ~85 accounts remotely.
• Strong communication skills for multi‑channel outreach and escalation handling.
