Architect - AutoCAD Drafter

About the role

We are looking for a talented Architect with strong AutoCAD drafting skills to join our remote team. The position focuses on residential design projects, requiring precise drawings, layout work, and coordination with other experts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings from supplied plans and sketches.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow of the drafting department, prioritising and assigning tasks.
• Develop residential project plans, calculate time and budget estimates, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
• Provide timely updates on drawing progress and maintain accurate records of work.
• Offer guidance, mentorship and training to junior team members.
• Perform any additional job‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Verified engineering or architectural background with experience in residential design.
• Professional attitude, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and compliance skills.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (advanced drafting and drawing creation).
• PDF editing tools.
• Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
