Architect (Revit) – Construction Documentation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead the production of detailed construction documentation. The role involves creating high‑quality 3D models, drawings, and renderings while ensuring compliance with building, zoning, and Department of Buildings (DoB) standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, including sections, elevations, wall typologies, and schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain accurate Revit models that meet architectural and construction standards.
• Create high‑quality 3D renderings using Lumion (or equivalent software).
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent and construction requirements.
• Manage project documentation, deliverables, and timelines with precision.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Verified engineering or architectural background with experience in project coordination.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
