Architect (Revit) – Construction Documentation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead the production of detailed construction documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all drawings meet Department of Buildings (DoB) standards, building codes, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, including sections, elevations, wall typologies, and façade details for DoB approval.
• Coordinate with clients and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Create high‑quality 3D renderings using Lumion (or comparable software).
• Develop comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Maintain accurate Revit models that comply with architectural and construction standards.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Verified engineering or architectural background with hands‑on experience.
• Ability to self‑organize, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
