Architectural Drafter

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Drafter to join a fast‑growing real‑estate development and construction firm. You will work on high‑end residential and mixed‑use projects, supporting the design and documentation process through advanced BIM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on project design and develop the Revit model.
• Maintain the Revit model according to company standards.
• Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring clear communication between architectural and consultant documentation.
• Assist with construction engineering tasks such as quantity take‑offs and estimating.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, and G‑suite.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with project scheduling, design development, construction detailing, and construction administration.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and work effectively in a team.
