Assistant Clinical Research Associate

About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. As an Assistant Clinical Research Associate you will work remotely on assigned studies, supporting site preparedness, logistics, and monitoring activities in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with site start‑up, management, recruitment, and close‑out tasks as defined in the study task matrix.
• Perform remote review of EMR/EHR checklists and support collection of required assessments.
• Verify document collection, RCR submission status, and maintain site electronic document logs.
• Support site staff with vendor qualification, system access requests, and training follow‑up.
• Coordinate logistics for investigator meetings, supply management, and essential document updates.
• Help process site payments, reconcile invoices, and track study vendor data such as ECGs, lab samples, and e‑diaries.
• Conduct reconciliation of CRFs, queries, deviations, SAEs, and safety reports.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication with site staff, CRA, and internal functional teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
