Associate Finance Manager

About the role

Join a global team of over 50,000 professionals as an Associate Finance Manager working in a hybrid setting in Bogota, Colombia. You will act as the primary financial liaison for local business leaders, delivering insight and support across multiple brands and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial reporting and analysis for business units, brands, categories, and channels, covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and ROI on promotional activities.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports with variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, investments and strategic projects.
• Monitor daily net sales and gross margin, identify drivers (exchange rate, volume, mix, price) and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional managers to drive profitability, operational efficiency and growth.
• Support SG&A budgeting, ad‑hoc analyses, order‑to‑cash processes, cash‑flow forecasting and FX exposure management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
