About the role

The Associate Physician Relations Specialist supports Medtronic’s mission to improve patient outcomes by building strong relationships with physicians and key healthcare stakeholders. Working from Bogotá, this flex‑work position helps enhance the company’s reputation, expand market access, and educate professionals about Medtronic’s therapies and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders, high‑profile physicians, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Organize and coordinate symposia, consultant programs, and advisory board meetings.
• Support market‑access initiatives and educational activities for healthcare professionals.
• Respond promptly to external requests for samples, literature, and product information in a compliant manner.
• Design physician engagement programs aligned with market, product, and brand strategies.
• Assist with contract discussions and sponsorship agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum B2 level fluency in English.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in healthcare, marketing, or customer‑facing roles (internship or related experience acceptable).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
• High attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks under supervision.
