Audience Growth & Online Event Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced marketer to drive audience growth and ticket sales for a premium global online AI music creator conference. Working directly with the founder, you will shape and execute focused marketing strategies across social media, YouTube, email, podcasts, and Meta advertising, while guiding a marketing assistant on day‑to‑day content operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement growth strategies for social media, YouTube, email, and podcast channels.
• Translate business priorities into a detailed marketing calendar, campaigns, and weekly action plans.
• Mentor the marketing assistant on content prioritisation, repurposing, testing, and performance tracking.
• Leverage existing podcasts, videos, speaker assets, and creator showcases to expand the email list and overall audience.
• Plan and run campaigns that build the conference wait‑list, drive registrations, and increase paid ticket sales.
• Coordinate promotional activities with the founder, speakers, sponsors, and partners.
• Develop, launch, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns focused on conversions.
• Manage email marketing sequences, segmentation, subject‑line testing, and post‑event follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and executing audience‑growth strategies across social media, YouTube, and email.
• Hands‑on track record planning and running successful email campaigns.
• Demonstrated success using Meta advertising to generate registrations, ticket sales, or digital‑product purchases.
• Strong understanding of podcast and video marketing, including titles, clips, guest promotion, and distribution.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to analyse performance metrics and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Excellent English communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
