Automation Specialist – Future Talent Program

About the role

Join Tetra Pak’s Future Talent Program – Technical Track, an 18‑month development journey where you will deepen your automation expertise, work on real projects, and support customers across the Andina and C&C region.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and develop automation solutions for customers as part of the Automation team.
• Travel within the Andina and C&C region up to 50% of the time.
• Support implementation, control design, programming (Siemens/Rockwell) and quotations.
• Develop knowledge in control architecture.
• Work in a multi‑project environment adapting to each project’s needs.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues internationally and leverage resources across the organization.
• Apply technical knowledge in both local and international settings.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with an Engineering degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Automation & Control, or a related field.
• Basic programming knowledge of Siemens and/or Rockwell PLCs.
• Fundamental understanding of control architecture, SCADA systems, and control networks.
• Good communication, analytical, detail‑oriented and proactive attitude.
• Conversational English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
