About the role
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team in Bogotá. You will work closely with the Chef to help prepare high‑quality dishes while maintaining strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and assembly of plated dishes.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
- Support the Chef by following recipe instructions and portion guidelines.
- Help with inventory checks and storage of food items.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Required profile
- Graduate in Gastronomy or enrolled in a technical culinary program.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
