About the role

The Kitchen and Services Assistant will support daily food production activities in a fast‑paced airport and hospitality environment. You will work with both cold and hot food preparation, pre‑process raw materials, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all supplies and equipment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare cold and hot dishes according to established recipes.
Pre‑prepare raw materials and ingredients for service.
Clean and disinfect raw materials, supplies, and kitchen equipment.
Handle and manage food‑service insumos, materials, and tools.
Distribute orders to customers within the stipulated time frames.
Follow company quality, productivity, and Good Manufacturing Practices standards.

Required profile

Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural team.
Commitment to adhere to quality and safety standards.
Willingness to follow company procedures and GMP guidelines.
