About the role
The Washing Assistant supports the airline catering operation by ensuring all service equipment is clean, sanitary and ready for production. This hands‑on role is essential for maintaining high standards of hygiene in a fast‑paced airport environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive trolleys and other equipment returned from aircraft disembarkation.
- Sort and separate waste before disposal.
- Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, trays, trolley containers and any other airline‑provided items.
- Prepare cleaned equipment for delivery back to the production line.
- Maintain cleanliness of the washing area and report any equipment issues.
Required profile
- Ability to work efficiently in a diverse, multicultural setting.
- Strong focus on discipline, teamwork and quality.
- Willingness to follow safety and hygiene procedures.
