Azure DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Terraform Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer who is passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and Infrastructure as Code. You will play a key role in a large‑scale Microsoft Azure transformation, building secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, validate and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and maintain reusable YAML templates, variable groups and service connections.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions using Terraform.
• Implement Policy‑as‑Code gates with Checkov, TFLint and OPA/Rego.
• Integrate Azure Key Vault for secrets management and configure workload/federated identity authentication.
• Support infrastructure deployments, rollback procedures and pipeline troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with application teams to optimise deployment workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation for pipelines, infrastructure and standards.
• Drive automation initiatives and continuous platform improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and YAML.
• Proven expertise in Terraform and its integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of GitHub Actions and Agile development environments.
• Upper‑Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
