B2B Inside Sales Representative - Remote

About the role

DSCR Pro is seeking a remote B2B Inside Sales Representative to support real‑estate investors across the United States. The role focuses on generating qualified appointments for loan advisors by contacting realtors, mortgage professionals and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound calls daily to generate leads and identify financing opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for loan advisors.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and activities in the CRM system.
• Build long‑term relationships with referral partners and real‑estate professionals.
• Collaborate with a senior mortgage professional for mentorship and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in telesales, outbound or inside sales.
• Fully fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong phone presence, resilience and a competitive mindset.
• Coachability and a desire to master B2B sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Cold‑calling techniques.
