B2B Sales Representative – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

Phase V Fulfillment is looking for a Business‑to‑Business Sales Representative focused on the LATAM market. You will prospect and engage companies that need warehousing, order fulfillment, and logistics solutions, guiding them from initial contact through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to prospective business clients through outbound activities.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer logistics needs and business goals.
• Present tailored fulfillment and warehousing solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Keep an organized sales pipeline and update CRM records accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑off from sales to implementation.
• Achieve established sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication, prospecting, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, supply‑chain, or fulfillment services is a plus.

What we offer

• 100 % remote work, Monday‑Friday (9:00 AM‑5:00 PM ET).
• Base salary of $1,400 USD per month plus commission.
• 15 days paid time off and weekends off.
