B2B Sales Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Sales Team Lead to manage and develop a team of about 10 sales representatives in Bogotá. The role combines hands‑on people management, coaching, pipeline oversight, new customer acquisition and performance analysis within a digital services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop approximately 10 B2B sales representatives, setting priorities aligned with sales goals.
• Guide the full sales process – prospecting, lead qualification, product demos, follow‑up and customer acquisition.
• Monitor pipeline, conversion, revenue and forecast accuracy using CRM data, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training and Operations to turn performance insights into coaching actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to drive acquisition, loyalty and account growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience and at least 1 year of direct people‑management experience in a sales environment.
• Proven experience managing sales targets, pipeline, CRM reporting and forecasting, with ability to use performance data to identify gaps.
• Strong understanding of prospecting, lead qualification, customer meetings, product presentations, follow‑up and account development.
• Excellent coaching, communication and leadership skills while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
• English proficiency B2+ and availability to work on‑site in Bogotá, Colombia.
