Back Office Technician – Roof & Wall Measurement

About the role

MicroSourcing Colombia is looking for a Back Office Technician to handle roof and wall measurement orders. The role is based on‑site in Bogota and focuses on processing and delivering accurate measurement data.

Key responsibilities

• Process roof and wall orders efficiently and accurately.
• Meet daily performance targets and track individual progress.
• Utilize required software and tools to ensure quality standards.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.

Required profile

• Good English communication skills (minimum B1 level).
• Availability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for navigating multiple systems, saving and loading files.
