About the role
Four Seasons Cartagena is looking for a barista to join its food and beverage service team. You will prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks in line with the hotel's concept, anticipating guests' needs and solving problems proactively.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to guests and customers and prepare and serve coffee drinks
- Anticipate guests' needs and resolve their problems
- Know the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens and preparation times according to the establishment's concept
Required profile
- Training as a barista or in coffee preparation techniques
- At least 2 years of barista experience and experience handling cash at hotels or high-end restaurants
Required skills
- Coffee extraction methods such as V60, Chemex, French press and siphon
- Flavor profiles and coffee preparation techniques, able to explain them to guests
