About the role
Global Pacific Support is looking for a skilled BDC Dealership Agent to manage inbound and outbound customer communications for partner dealerships. You will enhance customer experience and support dealership operations from a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Set appointments and manage a high volume of leads.
- Support dealership operations using CRM systems.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a BDC or similar customer service/appointment‑setting role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as VinSolutions or DealerSocket.
