Bilingual Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Business Development Representative to drive new client acquisition for a U.S.-based staffing firm that supplies creative and digital talent. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and supporting the sales pipeline in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold‑calling to generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective U.S. clients.
• Identify client needs, qualify opportunities and schedule discovery meetings.
• Maintain accurate activity records and notes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support growth initiatives and ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold‑calling.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with U.S. clients via phone and email.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, and motivated to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
