About the role
We are looking for a bilingual call‑center agent to handle hotel reservations using major GDS platforms. The role involves interacting with customers in English and providing high‑quality support.
Key responsibilities
- Answer calls, chats and emails from clients in English to manage hotel reservations.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our services.
- Resolve inquiries and issues politely and efficiently.
- Meet established quality and efficiency indicators.
Required profile
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- At least 6 months experience in a bilingual call centre using GDS applications.
- English proficiency of at least B2 level.
- Strong listening and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

What we offer
- Base salary of 3 000 000 – 3 200 000 COP.
- Two days off per week.
