Bilingual Client Financial Coordinator – Bogota

About the role

Marsh is looking for a detail‑oriented Client Financial Coordinator to join its Client Financial team in Bogota. Reporting to the Client Financial Manager, you will ensure a seamless financial experience for clients, handling invoicing, credit control, and billing discrepancies in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Track client placements and manage premium billings to guarantee timely invoicing.
• Prepare and submit invoice requests with complete documentation to the centralized invoicing team.
• Address client and colleague inquiries, resolve invoicing issues, and correct payment discrepancies.
• Support proactive credit control to avoid Notice of Cancellations (NOCs) and bad debt.
• Collaborate with account owners, client teams, carriers, and internal functions to resolve billing gaps and unbilled items.
• Assist with revenue recognition and internal reserve items.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Bachelor’s or technical degree.
• At least one year of experience in client invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, or related finance roles, preferably in insurance, financial services, or BPO.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, high attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple accounts.
• Self‑starter who can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
