About the role
Join our dynamic team at Arthur J. Gallagher as a Bilingual Customer Care Advisor, where you'll play a crucial role in our fast‑paced claims department. You will handle claims inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and answer questions without needing a license.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone inquiries from clients, claimants and medical providers about claims information.
- Provide updates on claim statuses and efficiently direct calls to the appropriate claim staff.
- Forward calls as needed to Resolution Managers and claims staff.
- Prevent and defuse situations through research, customer education and exploring alternative solutions to ensure successful resolution.
Required profile
- Advanced English level (minimum B2).
- Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Availability to handle calls and work on claims‑related issues.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a contact‑center or customer‑support role.
