About the role
Join ATAIN’s dynamic team as a bilingual Customer Service Agent supporting major hospitality and tourism brands, including travel agencies, hotels, and airlines. You will handle inbound calls from interested customers, providing professional assistance, answering questions, and guiding them through bookings and reservations. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for travel.
Required profile
- English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
- High school diploma.
- Experience in customer service, travel, tourism, or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
- Availability to work onsite in Bogotá.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
