About the role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide assistance in both English and Spanish. The role involves handling inquiries, orders, billing questions, and service issues across multiple communication channels in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and professional support in English and Spanish via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Assist customers with orders, account management, billing, and service issues.
• Document interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in company systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and data‑privacy guidelines.
• Meet performance, quality, attendance, and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Weekend availability, including possible Saturday and/or Sunday shifts.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or ticketing/customer support software.
• Proficiency using computers, email, chat platforms, and customer management systems.
