About the role
Sutherland is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join its Bogotá team. You will deliver friendly, efficient support to English‑speaking customers through multiple channels while upholding the company’s high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, chat, or email, handling both inbound and outbound interactions.
- Take ownership of issues, resolve them or escalate when necessary, and document all interactions accurately.
- Update customer information in the system and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Required profile
- Minimum B2 English communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems and maintain attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
- Competence in email and spreadsheet applications.
