About the role

We are looking for a friendly, solution‑focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. You will provide voice and chat support in Spanish and English, helping a diverse customer base while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email, delivering exceptional service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑oriented attitude under pressure.
• Previous bilingual support experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
