Bilingual Customer Support & Operations Coordinator

About the role

SIPP, a fast‑growing delivery startup serving Costa Rica’s top coastal destinations, is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support & Operations Coordinator to join its remote team. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, restaurants, and drivers, ensuring smooth order flow and quick issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in English and Spanish via WhatsApp and other messaging channels.
• Monitor active orders, address delays, payment problems, missing items, and delivery issues in real time.
• Communicate continuously with restaurants and drivers throughout the day.
• Update menus, prices, availability, and restaurant information in the platform.
• Assist onboarding of new restaurants and operational partners.
• Handle administrative tasks, generate reports, follow‑ups, and internal coordination.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in customer support, operations, hospitality, delivery, or a fast‑paced service environment.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and stay calm under pressure.
• Availability for rotating morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
