About the role
FusionCX is growing and is looking for a Bilingual Labor Attorney to join its Human Resources team in Medellín, Colombia. The position is full-time and on-site, and suits someone passionate about employment law who enjoys a fast-paced corporate environment and wants to support HR and business leaders.
Required profile
- Professional degree in Law with experience in Colombian Labor Law
- Advanced English (B2+/C1), written and spoken
- Experience giving legal advice on labor relations, disciplinary processes, terminations, labor claims and compliance
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in BPO, shared services or multinational companies is a plus
