Bilingual Lawyer – Remote Personal Injury Practice

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English‑Spanish) lawyer to join our fast‑growing personal injury practice on a remote basis. The role involves handling client intake, drafting legal documents, and supporting attorneys throughout litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new client intakes and open/maintain client files.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Draft demand letters and other legal correspondence.
• File and verify balances, prepare accounting entries.
• Review and process faxes and emails.
• Order and organize medical records and bills.
• Assist attorneys in litigation and other legal matters.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of delivering high‑quality work.
