Bilingual Marketing Manager – International Mobile Top‑Up

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual English‑Spanish Marketing Manager to lead the International Mobile Top‑Up portfolio. You will drive revenue, customer acquisition and retention across the USA and global markets, overseeing digital campaigns and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and measure CRM campaigns (SMS, email, in‑app push) for the International Mobile Top‑Up (IMTU) portfolio.
• Design and execute digital marketing programmes to acquire new customers, including referral programmes, community events and social media initiatives.
• Lead creative development with designers or agencies and ensure consistent brand execution.
• Analyse performance data, monitor trends and propose action plans to grow the business.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to launch and promote new or enhanced products such as e‑gifts and calling plans.
• Conduct customer surveys to capture behaviour, preferences and competitive insights.
• Manage marketing budget and prepare presentations on campaign results and business analysis.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience in mobile top‑up, money‑transfer or related financial services.
• Bilingual English and Spanish with proven success targeting Latino audiences in the US/Canada.
• Marketing degree or equivalent.
• Strong project‑management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a results‑oriented environment.
