Bilingual Production Artist / Final Artworker (Spanish/English)

About the role

Omnicom Production LATAM is looking for a bilingual Production Artist / Final Artworker to join its hybrid team in Bogotá. The role ensures technical precision, brand consistency, and efficient delivery for both print and digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare print‑ready artwork with correct bleeds, crop marks, CMYK/Pantone profiles and resolution.
• Optimize graphics for web, social media and email marketing formats (PNG, JPEG, SVG, GIF).
• Conduct thorough pre‑flight checks to eliminate typographic, image or colour‑separation errors.
• Adapt master designs into multiple formats, sizes and languages while preserving brand essence.
• Maintain strict compliance with brand guidelines, including logos, fonts, colour palettes and legal texts.
• Organise workflows, meet deadlines and act as liaison between creative teams, account managers, vendors and printers.

Required profile

• Bilingual Spanish/English with an advanced level of English.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to enforce brand consistency.
• Experience managing multiple design adaptations and coordinating with external partners.

Required skills

• CMYK and Pantone colour management.
• File preparation for print (bleeds, crop marks, resolution).
• Graphic optimisation for digital formats (PNG, JPEG, SVG, GIF).
• Pre‑flight checking for typographic and image errors.
