Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to support our healthcare staffing efforts. You will work remotely, guiding candidates through the hiring journey and ensuring a smooth, compassionate experience from application to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage incoming applications from job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Monitor candidate communications and provide timely follow‑ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with recruiters and hiring teams.
• Maintain recruiting pipelines from sourcing through onboarding coordination.
• Follow up with candidates on onboarding requirements, compliance documents, and credential submissions.
• Track candidate progress and proactively address any delays.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Proactive, compassionate, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment.
