Bilingual Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist to support our recruitment and operational processes. The role is fully remote within Colombia and requires advanced English communication skills. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring workflow while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct outreach to passive and active candidates via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers, and track progress in the ATS.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Support operational, administrative, and reporting activities, maintaining accurate recruitment dashboards.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or HR.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) – B2+ to C1 level.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of results.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
