Bilingual Remote Lawyer (English/Spanish)

About the role

Habtemariam Law Injury Lawyers is expanding its personal injury practice and seeks a bilingual attorney fluent in English and Spanish to work remotely. The role involves direct client interaction, case preparation, and support for litigation teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new client intake interviews and open client files.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
• Draft demand letters and assist in preparing litigation documents.
• File and verify balances, prepare basic accounting entries, and manage invoices.
• Review and process incoming faxes and emails.
• Order, organize, and review medical records and billing statements.
• Provide general support to attorneys on legal matters and case management.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience in personal injury or related legal practice is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
