About the role
The client is a portfolio of three doctor‑led healthcare and wellness businesses seeking a bilingual Sales & Appointment Coordinator. You will support patient acquisition, appointment scheduling, and sales activities across concierge medicine, pain management, and supplement lines. The role blends consultative sales, CRM management, and administrative support while communicating primarily in English.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sales calls with high‑quality concierge medicine leads and educate them on membership programs.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule consultations for the pain‑management practice, reducing cancellations and no‑shows.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up through calls, email, SMS, and CRM workflows.
- Manage the CRM pipeline, updating lead status and ensuring accurate data.
- Assist with back‑office and administrative tasks during slower sales periods.
- Support occasional supplement upsell efforts.
Required profile
- Fluent English with a neutral or American‑sounding accent; Spanish proficiency required.
- Excellent spoken communication and professional demeanor.
- Ability to build trust with both English‑ and Spanish‑speaking patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly rate of $8 – $12 plus commissions.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
