Bilingual Trainer (Doctor/Nurse) for Healthcare Call Center

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual medical professional (Doctor or Nurse) with strong training experience to join our dynamic healthcare and contact‑center environment. You will design and deliver engaging instructor‑led and virtual training, support new‑hire onboarding, and help improve overall employee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led and virtual training sessions, including new‑hire classes and Train‑the‑Trainer programs.
• Develop, update, and improve training materials in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
• Analyze training results and identify opportunities to strengthen employee performance.
• Support call‑center operations by aligning training with performance metrics.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor, Nurse, or related healthcare professional.
• 5+ years of experience delivering training, preferably in healthcare or call‑center settings.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
