About the role
The Billing Analyst GBS will generate invoices and ensure revenue recognition within required timelines, supporting accurate financial management and strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities
- Process high volumes of customer invoicing transactions and manage complex billing for key clients.
- Monitor unbilled revenue, coordinate with Audit and Back Office teams, and collaborate with Collections to resolve billing issues.
- Set up new customers in the financial system, verify contract consistency, and review weekly reports to improve KPIs such as DSO.
- Prepare and analyze month‑end financial reports, including deferred revenue and consolidated billing.
Required profile
- Technical or technological degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in billing/invoicing processes, preferably with at least 2 years in Accounts Receivable.
Required skills
- SharePoint for submitting billing requests.
