About the role
We are a premium home water filtration company serving Toronto and South Florida. We need a dedicated remote Bookkeeper to own our monthly financial processes and support the sales and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Execute month‑end close for both Canadian and US operations.
- Calculate sales commissions and prepare related payouts.
- File sales tax returns and reconcile payments.
- Process contractor and technician invoices and manage payouts.
- Produce clean monthly financial reports for the VP of Sales & Operations.
Required profile
- Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience (not entry‑level).
- Strong spreadsheet expertise.
- Exposure to US or Canadian accounting practices preferred.
- High attention to detail, as numbers affect paychecks and tax filings.
- Fluent English with availability to work during Eastern Time business hours.

- Microsoft Excel
What we offer
- Full‑time remote position.
- Base salary of $1,000 USD per month.
- Opportunity to work across two North‑American markets.
