Box Truck Driver – Non CDL

About the role

Planet Aid is seeking a reliable Box Truck Driver to operate a 20‑ft box truck on local routes, collecting and transporting donated textiles. This position is essential to ensuring donations are picked up efficiently and delivered safely to support the organization’s environmental mission.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck on assigned local routes.
• Service donation bins by collecting, cleaning, and maintaining sites.
• Load and transport donated materials to designated locations.
• Follow all safety procedures and driving regulations.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Communicate route, site, or safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily routes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of box‑truck or similar driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and DOT physical.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and work outdoors.
