BPO AI Solutions Architect

About the role

The BPO AI Solutions Architect works closely with prospects, clients, and internal teams to evaluate business processes, uncover inefficiencies, and design AI‑driven automation solutions that deliver measurable value. The role blends business process analysis, AI consulting, and solution engineering, requiring frequent interaction with executives, operations leaders, and technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in sales, discovery, and client consultation meetings.
• Analyze operational workflows and identify AI and automation opportunities.
• Conduct process mapping and workflow assessments across customer service, collections, recruiting, workforce management, quality assurance, reporting, and back‑office functions.
• Design AI‑powered solutions and develop business cases with ROI estimates.
• Create implementation roadmaps and detailed project plans.
• Collaborate with operations, recruiting, payroll, IT, and client‑success teams to support solution rollout.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications.
• Assist in developing internal and client‑facing AI solutions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of BPO business operations and processes.
• Ability to engage directly with clients, executives, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience bridging operational challenges with AI‑driven solutions.
• Comfortable speaking with diverse audiences, from customer‑service managers to senior leadership.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI and automation concepts.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Ability to develop business cases and ROI calculations.
