Brand & Growth Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

Park Capital Search is seeking a Brand & Growth Marketing Manager to own and elevate the voice and visual identity of three distinct brands: Park Capital Search, Evergreen (its RPO division), and the Founder’s personal brand. This remote, full‑time position offers the rare opportunity to shape multiple brands simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute campaigns and content that capture attention and translate into a monthly editorial calendar.
• Coach team members on building their personal brands using the assets you create.
• Manage LinkedIn, other social media channels, and email campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Analyse performance metrics each month and apply insights to sharpen future initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or brand strategy with a current, non‑templated portfolio.
• Confident point‑of‑view holder who can defend ideas and influence stakeholders.
• Passion for organic audience growth and data‑driven optimisation.
• Enjoys mentoring colleagues as much as creating compelling brand experiences.
