Brazil GTN Financial Analyst

About the role

The Brazil GTN Financial Analyst will support Gross‑to‑Net (GTN) and financial controlling activities for Brazil within Sanofi's Global Services hub in Bogotá. The role works closely with Finance Business Partners and business leaders to ensure accurate planning, reporting and analysis while upholding strong governance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform operational controlling for sales (GTN) and operating expenses.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners across GBUs to support business leaders.
• Ensure accurate monthly closing, post provisions and deliver variance analysis.
• Track budget execution, project approvals and guide business owners.
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting forecasts and performance.
• Review and approve project spend, enforce budgeting discipline.
• Maintain SOX and internal control compliance; support audits.
• Educate stakeholders on financial policies and drive process improvements.
• Act as key user during UATs for new system implementations.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial controlling, FP&A or similar roles.
• Experience in multinational or shared‑services environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to challenge data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SOX controls and internal control frameworks.
• Experience with UAT processes for finance systems.
