Business Analyst II

About the role

Partner with business owners to understand new business opportunities and define business and functional requirements. Deliver high‑quality requirements to development teams for design, coding, testing and implementation phases.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in reviews, revisions, testing, documentation and member notification of product enhancements.
• Provide business knowledge and technical support for requirement development.
• Work closely with developers and requesters to identify data and functional requirements for new or enhanced systems.
• Ensure development objectives are met, user testing performed and member notifications prepared timely.
• Consult with Business Owners on projects and develop business and functional requirements.
• Document and coordinate changes and enhancements of products and services.
• Provide technical support to ensure adherence to requirements and evaluate feasibility of business requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (advanced degree preferred).
• Prior Business Analyst and Project Management experience (1–3 years required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
