Business Central Developer & Consultant (Americas)

About the role

Ventós Group is seeking a Business Central Developer & Consultant to support its Americas operations from the Colombia subsidiary. You will work with internal clients across multiple departments, delivering scalable ERP solutions and ensuring smooth system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on the development and analysis of functionalities and processes for internal clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Business Central, Navision and related ERP platforms, driving adoption and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and resolve incidents with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Perform analysis and diagnostics to identify improvements in internal processes and systems.
• Contribute to the evolution of development standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in technical/functional consulting or software development, preferably with Navision, Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High level of English, both spoken and written.
