Business Controlling Analyst

About the role

The Business Controlling Analyst will act as a key partner to the business, supporting financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision‑making. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure accurate reporting, provide actionable insights, and help drive the achievement of business objectives through effective controlling practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
• Assist in budget and forecast preparation and follow‑up.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
• Improve controlling processes and reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to support performance.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in controlling, finance, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
